Recipe:

  1. Roughly chop the turkey, ham, and provolone slices.

  2. Crush up the pita chips into bite-sized pieces.

  3. In a bowl, mix together all the dressing ingredients. Whisk until they are thorough mixed to create a dressing

  4. In another bowl, layer the salad mix, ham, turkey, provolone, and pita chips. Add the dressing and toss until everything is coated.
